Returns
Acceptable Reasons for Returns:

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please notify us within 5 Days of receiving the product. When you notify us, please provide an unboxing video and images of the damage as proof. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action. -
Wrong Product Received:
If you receive the wrong product(s) or an incorrect quantity due to our error, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. After investigating the issue, we will work with you to resolve the matter.
Unacceptable Reasons for Returns:

Late Notification:
If you notify us of a return after 24 hours of receiving the product(s), we will not be able to accept the return. -
Used or Opened Products:
Products that have been opened, tampered with, or used, including broken seals, cannot be returned. -
Non-Defective Returns:
Returns for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or our error will not be accepted.
Return Process:
- Before returning any product, you must contact us via email or phone, providing your reason for return, order details, and invoice.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with seals intact.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you if your return request has been accepted.
- Product Can be returned within 5 Days.
Refunds
Refund Conditions:
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The returned product shows signs of noticeable damage or tampering.
- The incorrect shipping address was provided during ordering.
- The product has been partially consumed before the return.
- You do not comply with the stated returns policy.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product you ordered is out of stock.*
- The shipping address is outside our serviceable area.*
- The returned product is in good condition, untampered with, and the reason for the return is deemed acceptable by our management.
- You adhere to our returns policy.
- You inadvertently made a duplicate payment for a single order.
Refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 working days upon meeting the criteria outlined above.
(*In such cases, we will refund the full amount without deducting any bank charges.)
Cancellations:
To cancel an order, notify us within 24 hours of placement, providing your order details. If the shipment has not left our facility, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 working days.
If the order has already been shipped, you must return the product at your expense. Refunds will be subject to deductions for shipping and processing fees, and will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
